Children’s Residential Support Workers Required
📍 Okehampton, Devon
Hero Recruitment is proud to announce a brand-new partnership with a Children’s Residential provider in Okehampton. With two additional homes opening in the new year, we are expecting a high volume of agency hours and are now expanding our talent pool.
🔹 Role Overview
Position: Support Worker – Children’s Residential
Location: Okehampton, Devon
Hours: Days, Nights and Weekends
🔹 Requirements & Training
We are seeking experienced Support Workers with:
  * 
    Safeguarding Children
  * 
    Ligature Training
  * 
    CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation)
  * 
    CCE (Child Criminal Exploitation)
  * 
    Report Writing
  * 
    Experience within Children’s Residential Services (essential)
🔹 Pay Rates
  * 
    £18.00 per hour
  * 
    £9.00 per hour – Sleep-ins
🔹 Additional Info
  * 
    Drivers are desirable due to the location
  * 
    Immediate registration available through Hero Recruitment
  * 
    Compliance support provided by our in-house team
