Job Title: Support Worker – Children’s Residential
Location: West Midlands / South East (multiple locations)
Salary: £13.50 – £16.50 per hour + £50 sleep-in rate

We are currently recruiting for experienced and committed Support Workers to work within children’s residential homes across multiple locations including Milton Keynes, Bedford, Telford, and Wolverhampton.

This role involves supporting children and young people with emotional and behavioural needs, helping to create a safe, stable, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  * Supporting young people with daily routines and activities

  * Promoting independence and positive behaviour

  * Building strong, trusting relationships

  * Maintaining accurate records and reports

  * Working as part of a dedicated care team

Requirements:

  * Previous experience within children’s residential care or a similar setting

  * A compassionate and resilient approach

  * Ability to work shifts, including sleep-ins

  * Full UK driving licence preferred
