Our clients are looking for a Senior Child Support Worker
£29,000 to £33,000 depending on experience
Shift patten: 7am -11pm
Must be able to do Sleepings
Sleep ins are paid extra at £60/sleep in the 4 bed and £50/sleep in the 3 bed
To lead in ensuring the care and welfare of each child in placement, provide guidance and support to Therapeutic Support Workers, and oversee the supervision of designated staff members. The Senior Therapeutic Support Worker is responsible for ensuring that the emotional physical, and needs of young people are met, while serving as a positive role model to help them realise their full potential.
Rota Adjustments: The rota may be changed with reasonable notice to cover service contingencies.
This may include covering additional sleep-in duies as an emergency measure.
Health and Safety Responsibility: Adhere to Health and Safety guidelines, accepting responsibility for working within these guidelines and reporting any concerns to the Registered Manager.
Must have
Full UK driving Licence
Level 3 qualification in residential childcare or children and young people’s work force
