Skills & Experience Required:
* Experience working with Children and Young People (ideally in a residential setting)
* UK driving license and personal car.
* Do NOT offer sponsorships
* Relevant qualification in Level 3 Residential Childcare diploma (or a willingness to undertake the qualification and training)
* Ability to write clear and detailed reports.
* Be of good character and integrity.
* Resilience and tenacious qualities
* Have a positive attitude and good sense of humour
