Workforce Personnel is recruiting dedicated Children’s Home Support Workers to join a warm, welcoming, and supportive team at a local residential children’s home. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a rewarding role where no two days are the same.
Your Role Will Involve:
* Supporting children and young people aged 12–19 in a residential care setting
* Promoting positive routines, emotional wellbeing, and social development
* Assisting with daily living tasks, education, activities, and outings
* Building trusting relationships and being a positive role model
* Maintaining accurate records and following care plans
* Ensuring safeguarding and quality care at all times
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience working with children or young people
* A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach
* Excellent communication skills and a team-player attitude
* Willingness to work towards Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to undergo one)
* Driving licence preferred but not essential
