Your Role as a Residential Support Worker:
You’ll help create a safe, stable, and nurturing home environment where young people can feel secure and supported. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building positive, trusting relationships with children and young people
* Supporting daily routines, including education and leisure activities
* Working collaboratively with your team to provide consistent care
* Participating in sleep-in shifts (included in your salary package)
What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking compassionate, resilient individuals who are passionate about making a difference in young lives. Ideal candidates will:
* Be flexible to work long shifts (7am–10pm) with sleep-ins
* Have experience in roles like Residential Childcare Worker, Support Worker, SEN Assistant, or Teaching Assistant
* Be confident in managing challenging behaviours with a calm, professional approach
* Be committed to ongoing learning and development (qualifications provided)
