*
Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of childcare staff.
*
Create and oversee personalised care plans to meet individual needs.

Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people.

Plan and organise activities that build social skills and emotional well-being.

Maintain safeguarding standards and compliance with policies.

Monitor progress and keep accurate records using IT systems.

Work closely with the Residential Manager to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
*
Experience working with children in a residential or similar setting – essential.
*
Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
*
NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children & Young People / Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
*
Willingness to complete Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management.
*
Strong understanding of safeguarding and a genuine passion for helping young people.
