Brook Street Social Care is proud to be working with an organisation who put the care and support of children and young people at the focus and heart of what they do. Established over ten years ago they have over twenty residential care provisions and fifteen educational settings for children and young people across the North and parts of Wales. They seek to transform the lives of children and young people who have experienced complex trauma or abuse.
A new and exciting role has become available for a Quality Assurance Manager who will play a pivotal role in ensuring the residential services are meeting all Ofsted regulations and guidelines and providing the best quality of care.
The role:
Working across the North West you will be supporting the Operations Director and SMT to improve the quality across all the residential settings.
You will be responsible for undertaking audits within the homes and produce and provide detailed reports to the Quality Assurance Board presenting your findings
Review all data and Trends Analysis, risk assessments and all relevant documents
Work with the RMs and Ri to ensure all support and care plans are produced and updated in timely manner
Support,coach and develop new managers to help them support and lead their teams effectively
Attend SMT meetings and liaise with MDTs
Work with the educational management team
Support with the opening of new services The ideal candidate:
You will have at least 5 years experience of working within residential settings for children and young people
2 years experience in a management role
Hold a relevant qualification - Level 5 or equivalent
Be a car driver with full UK Driving License
Be a professional, calm and supportive leader who is able to motivate others
A positive and can do attitude, with excellent communication & interpersonal skills
