My client in South England is looking to appoint a talented Children's Social Care Transformation Manager on a Contract basis.
This role will lead on substantial service improvements for Children's, Families and Lifelong Learning (CFLL).
About the role:
Based in South England (Hybrid):
The Transformation Manager role will lead on the delivery of high-quality consultancy services for transformation and change initiatives across the Children, Families and Lifelong Learning (CFLL) Directorate
You will lead on providing specialist operational and technical support for transformational programmes and projects
Evaluate existing service provision and apply specialist expertise and judgement to develop innovative solutions in order to maximise service quality and meet customer requirements
Work will typically be focussed around service and organisational design, process reviews, workshop planning and delivery, project scoping, options appraisals, business case development, benefit realisation methodologies and benchmarking.About you:
You will have the following experiences:
Extensive experience in Children's Social Care transformation, in a Local Authority environment.
A successful track record delivering fast-paced transformation programmes and projects.
Expertise in service design, consultancy and development.
Exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.What's on offer:
Salary: £500 per day, inside IR35*negotiable based on experience
