We’re supporting a growing provider of children’s residential homes who are looking for passionate, experienced individuals to join their teams across Lancashire (including Leyland, Blackpool and beyond)

Shift Patterns:

Team Leaders: 2 on / 4 off or 1 on/ 2 off
*
Deputy Managers: shifts with sleeps
*
Registered Managers: Monday to Friday (with flexibility as required)
What’s on offer:

Competitive salaries from £30,000 – £65,000 per year (depending on role and experience)

You’ll need:

Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People (or equivalent)
*
A full UK driving licence
*
Previous experience within children’s residential care
*
A caring, resilient attitude and passion for helping young people reach their potential
