Salary: £12.50 – £13.50 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:
Supporting children and young people aged 8–18 with emotional, behavioural, or complex needs
Promoting positive outcomes through care, education, and therapeutic support
Working as part of a committed and supportive team
Helping to create a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
Participating in activities, care planning, and day-to-day routines
What We’re Looking For: ? Level 3 qualification in Children & Young People / Residential Childcare
? Full UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle
? A caring, resilient, and child-focused approach
? Previous experience in residential or children’s social care settings
