Children’s Residential Child Care Worker
Location: North West
Salary: £12.37–£13.50 per hour (dependent on qualifications) + £60 per sleep-in shift
Hours: 2 days on / 4 days off rota, including sleep-ins

We’re looking for compassionate and committed individuals to join our residential care team supporting children and young people aged 8–17. You’ll play a key role in providing daily care, supporting emotional and social development, and creating a safe, stable environment for those who’ve experienced trauma.
What you’ll do:
Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
Support with routines, personal care, and household tasks
Promote education, leisure, and personal development
Manage behaviours with empathy and professionalism
