* Work alongside a Director with 20+ years hands-on experience in running residential children’s homes.
* Collaborate with a team of Residential Managers, adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each cohort.
* Be part of a management program designed to support your development and ensure every home operates at peak performance.
* Ensure homes are fully upgraded to meet the company’s high standards for safety, quality, and compliance.
Why This Role Is Different:
This is not just a job—it’s an opportunity to be part of something remarkable. In the past year, the team has successfully opened three homes and is on track to open four more, delivering essential care to children who need it most.
