Children’s Residential Support Worker
£13.00–£13.30 per hour | Up to £34,188 per annum + benefits

We’re recruiting Children’s Residential Support Workers to join a warm, trauma-informed home supporting young people in a safe, nurturing environment. If you’re compassionate, resilient, and passionate about making a difference, we’d love to hear from you.
The Role

Provide consistent, nurturing care and emotional support
*
Build positive, trusting relationships with young people
*
Support care plans and daily routines
*
Create a safe, stable, and therapeutic home environment
*
Maintain accurate records and communicate with professionals
What We’re Looking For
*
Experience working with children (essential)
*
Level 3/4 Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards)
*
Full UK driving licence
*
Strong communication skills and a caring, resilient nature
