We’re currently recruiting Children’s Support Workers to join our flexible team and deliver compassionate, person-centred care to young people in residential and community settings.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Attributes

  * Excellent communication skills and respect for confidentiality

  * Empathy, patience, and a commitment to child-centred care

  * Reliability, strong time management, and adaptability across different environments

  * Confidence in supporting children and young people with complex needs or behaviours that may challenge

  * Ability to set clear boundaries while maintaining a calm, professional approach

Qualifications & Requirements

  * Minimum of 3 months UK work experience in childcare, youth support, or healthcare

  * Willingness to complete induction and mandatory training

  * Dedication to ongoing professional and personal development

  * Enhanced DBS clearance and satisfactory references

  * Right to work in the UK (please note: sponsorship is not available)
