Job Description

We are looking for experienced Female Support Workers for Children Services with a background in Residential care homes to provide high-quality support for children and young individuals only. ***Please ignore if you don't have the following trainings and experience*** Key Responsibilities * Provide high-quality care and support to the children, tailored to their individual needs. * Work with poorly behaved teenagers * Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and social engagement. * Ensure the safety and well-being of service users at all times. * Maintain accurate records and documentation as per regulatory and organizational standards. * Work collaboratively with team members and other professionals to deliver exceptional care. * Follow all compliance and safeguarding protocols diligently. Qualifications and Requirements * Experience: Proven experience working in a Residential care home setting, supporting children and young individuals * DBS Check: A valid Enhanced DBS certificate with Child workforce checks and no convictions. * Training: Completion of all mandatory support worker training, including but not limited to: * Safeguarding Children * Manual Handling - Practical * First Aid * Food Safety and Hygiene * Health & Safety * Infection Prevention & Control * Autism & Epilepsy * Prevention Management of Violation and Aggression (PMVA) * Challenging Behaviour * NVQ Level 3 (Mandatory) * Team Teach Training (Mandatory) * Driver (Mandatory) * References: Ability to provide all necessary references during the verification process. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering the highest standard of care.
