Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Children's Support Worker to provide compassionate and professional care to children. This role demands a commitment to the well-being of children and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Job Type
Full-time, long day shifts
Qualification/education
Relevant qualifications in childcare or a related field are preferred, but not mandatory. Commitment to ongoing professional development is essential.
Experience
Minimum of six months' experience working with children.
Skills
Proven ability to provide high-quality care to children.
Experience with PEG feeding.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in PMVA and mandatory training.
Possession of a valid driving license and access to a vehicle is compulsory.
Right to work in the UK.
Up-to-date DBS check.
