Children & Young People Worker
Caerphilly | £24,222 | 35 hours per week (Mon to Fri) | Permanent
Want to help children rebuild their confidence and emotional wellbeing?
As a Children & Young People Worker in Caerphilly, you'll support CYP and parents to understand their experiences and strengthen family relationships.
You will
Provide 1:1 support to children and young people
Run group sessions and wellbeing activities
Work with parents and carers
Liaise with schools, health and social care
Complete assessments and safety plans
Help families build resilience
This role is for you if
You enjoy working with children of different ages
You can communicate at their level
You have experience in domestic abuse, family support or CYP work
You understand safeguarding and trauma

Pay & Hours
35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (930am-500pm)
