As Registered Home Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of a children’s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the home in line with Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Quality Standards Provide strong leadership to staff, promoting a positive and safe culture Ensure safeguarding is embedded in all aspects of care delivery Oversee care planning and ensure positive outcomes for children and young people Manage staffing, including recruitment, supervision, and performance Maintain full compliance with Ofsted requirements, including inspections and reporting Work closely with Local Authorities and multi-disciplinary teams What We’re Looking For Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or working towards) Proven experience within children’s residential care Previous supervisory or management experience Strong understanding of safeguarding and Ofsted regulations Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a teamDo not include the following in your job application, CV, or cover letter:
