Residential Support Worker – Children’s Home
📍 Near Ipswich
💰 From £27,500 per year
🕒 Full Time – 48 hours per week (24-hour shift pattern)
We are working in partnership with our client to find an exceptional Residential Support Worker to join their dedicated team supporting young people in a nurturing home environment near Ipswich.

An excellent communicator with a full driving licence
Your responsibilities will include:

Providing person-centred care to young people in a homely environment
*
Encouraging and supporting young people to achieve their goals
*
Ensuring safety and security at all times
*
Working within a statutory framework
*
Building strong, trusting relationships
*
Collaborating with management and outside agencies to provide the best care
Hours & Pattern:
48 hours per week on a 4-week rota, based on a 24-hour shift pattern (9:30pm – 10:00am). Waking nights may be required on occasion.
