Children’s Services Manager
📍 Woking, Surrey | 💼 Full-time, Permanent | 💰 £35,000–£36,000
Looking for a leadership role that makes a real difference?
We’re a growing organisation supporting children (ages 5–18) with learning disabilities and autism through afterschool clubs, holiday playschemes, and youth sessions.
We’re seeking an experienced and passionate manager to lead these services, supervise two Team Leaders, and oversee a large, dedicated staff team. You’ll have real autonomy, a strong voice in service development, and the chance to help shape lives.
What we’re looking for:
✔ Experience managing children’s or SEND services
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Understanding of autism and additional needs
✔ Willing to work school holidays (our busiest time)
➕ Bonus if you can drive a minibus (not essential)
