Job Description
Darlington Borough Council Assessment and Safeguarding Service are looking to recruit a experienced Agency Senior Practitioner to join the workforce.
This is a locality based service, with 5 Assessment & Safeguarding Teams working across the borough to support children and families. We work with children from the point of referral, completing Child & Families Assessment through to ongoing support and intervention under Child In Need, Child Protection, Looked After Children and completing public and private care proceedings.
Darlington works in a relational and restorative practice model.
We offer a hybrid model of working with office space and the ability to work from home dependent on your own diary/workload commitments. A work laptop, mobile phone and personal safety device will be provided.
You will be able to access the council workforce training programme and provided with regular reflective supervision by your Team Manager.
The post is 37 hrs per week and TOIL will be offered for any hours overtime workedBefore You Apply
