Job Description
Our prestigious client in Tewkesbury is looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As a Chilled Warehouse Operative, you will play a vital role within the distribution chain, linking production and haulage to ensure the timely and accurate preparation of customer orders. This hands-on, physically active role requires working in a temperature-controlled environment - where accuracy and efficiency are paramount.
Main Duties
* Accurate picking and stock rotation of customer orders
* Stock replenishment and maintaining a safe, clean working environment
* Loading and securing orders on delivery vehicles
* Complying with food hygiene regulations
Important Notes
* This role requires manual handling and adherence to strict hygiene standards.
* Due to food hygiene regulations only one solid wedding band is permitted. No earrings, studs, bracelets, necklaces, make-up, strong smelling deodorants or perfumes are permitted in the production area.
* Reliable transportation to the Tewkesbury site is necessary, as public transport may not align with shift times

Summary
Days worked: Monday - Saturday, five shifts per week
Hours: Minimum of 37.5 hours per week, on a rota basis
Shift Times: (Apply online only), (Apply online only); Saturdays one shift (Apply online only) (with flexibility to stay longer on shift if required)
Overtime: Overtime pay after 40 hours at 1.25 x standard pay
