Are you a mechanical engineer with experience in gas, looking to upskill and train into CHP power generation systems, securing yourself a career within the energy industry?

My client are a part of an international leader within renewable power generation - and have helped commission over 9000 sites across the globe. Their fast-growing presence in the UK means they are looking to take on and train more employees within their overhaul team - a real chance to join the future of power generation.
In this role - you will be responsible for the overhaul of CHP Engine systems across the UK. From strip down and rebuilds, to workshop duties - this is a varied position where you will be trained to work on recognised and industry leading equipment.
This is the ideal role for an engineer with experience in gas, looking to take the next step in your career within the energy industry. You will be looking for training and development, as well as an opportunity to work for a well know and reputable organisation within the industry - receiving a generous benefits package as a result.
The Role:
Overhauls of CHP Engines.
Stripping down and rebuilding CHP Engines.
Fault finding and mechanical service and repair.
Working across the UK, typically for a weeks' time, with the following week being workshop based.
Paid for training in Germany.The Person:
Experience working on gas heating or power systems.
You are or have been gas safe qualified in the past.
Mechanical engineering experience.
CHP experience is a preference, but not essential.
Engineering qualifications.
