Job Description

This is a hybrid working Cisco Licensing Sales Specialist role where you will be a trusted advisor providing clients with tailored Cisco solutions.  You will have a mixture of home working and office visits with a base salary of £40,000 pa plus up to £10,000 comms.  Your role within IT sales will be focused on driving sales of Cisco licensing solutions to new and existing clients.  This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, expertise, and excellent customer relationship management. Cisco Licensing Sales Specialist – Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage sales opportunities for licensing solutions, identifying, and closing deals with new and existing clients. Understand and stay updated on licensing models, including traditional licensing, software subscriptions, and enterprise agreements (EA). Collaborate with internal teams, such as the technical and account management teams, to deliver seamless support throughout the cycle. Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and detailed quotes for licensing solutions. Achieve and exceed targets, driving revenue growth within the licensing portfolio. Keep up to date with industry trends and changes in licensing models, ensuring you provide the most relevant and timely advice to clients. Build and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor for their licensing requirements. We are looking for a Cisco Licensing Sales Specialist with: Relevant Cisco certifications (e.g., Cisco Business Architecture Analyst or similar) would be advantageous. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Proven track record in IT sales, ideally in Cisco licensing or software sales. In-depth knowledge of Cisco’s licensing models, including traditional licensing, software subscriptions, and enterprise agreements. Familiarity with Cisco technologies and solutions, including hardware, software, and cloud services. Ability to understand and explain complex licensing structures and offerings.
