Matchtech are working with a leading multi-disciplinary consultancy looking for a talented Civil Engineer to join their Northampton office
You'll be part of a collaborative team delivering highways, drainage, and external works designs across the Midlands and Home Counties. Projects range from small refurbishments to large new developments, with opportunities to take ownership and grow your expertise.
What You'll Do
Design roads, drainage, and external works, including S38, S278, and S104 schemes
Prepare design drawings, calculations, and technical reports
Liaise directly with clients and project teams
Support and mentor junior engineers
Manage your own projects and workload with flexibility
Help drive BIM and digital design across the business
About You
Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Skilled in AutoCAD, Flow, and WinDes
Knowledge of Civils 3D, Site 3D, or Revit is a plus
Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
Motivated, organised, and keen to progress your career
Understanding of Flood Risk or Transport Planning is beneficial
