An Engineering consultancy in Edinburgh are seeking a Civil Engineer with Roads & Drainage infrastructure experience.
You can expect to work on a wide range of projects from commercial, education, Residential and industrial developments.
Key Responsibilities
Design internal roads, car parks, and service roads (no trunk/highways) using CAD (AutoCAD/Civil 3D).
Model and design stormwater/foul networks with WinDes (MicroDrainage) across private and adoptable drainage systems
Prepare flood risk/drainage strategies and technical calculations.
Compile adoption-ready drawings, reports, and specifications.
Conduct site visits, inspect existing drainage, advise on layout/drain location.
Essential Skills & Experience
Degree in Civil Engineering (BEng/MEng or equivalent).
2-5+ years UK consultancy experience designing internal roads/drainage for residential or commercial sites
Proficiency in WinDes (MicroDrainage)
