Join one of the Southeast's most respected private developers, known for delivering award-winning residential projects. We're looking for a technically strong Civil Engineer ready to take the lead on high-profile developments, from concept to completion.
The role:
Design infrastructure for residential schemes - roads, drainage, foundations, and services
Work on projects from planning through to delivery
Prepare and submit Section 38, 104, 278 and 106 applications
Liaise with Local Authorities, attend site meetings, and solve technical issues
Support and mentor junior engineers
About You:
Degree in Civil Engineering
Residential infrastructure design experience (roads & drainage)
Proficiency in AutoCAD, PDS, and Flow
Ambition to achieve Chartered/ Incorporated status (support on offer)
