We are seeking talented and motivated Civil Engineers at all levels, from Engineer to Principal, to join a growing water division delivering some of the UK's most exciting and high-profile infrastructure projects.

About the Roles
Our civil engineering teams play a key role in delivering water infrastructure projects across all stages from feasibility and outline design through to detailed design and construction support. Working collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, you'll help develop sustainable, innovative, and efficient design solutions.
You'll also have opportunities to mentor and support colleagues, contribute to technical excellence, and influence the design and delivery of award-winning water projects nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and contribute to the design and delivery of water sector projects through AMP8 and beyond.
Undertake feasibility studies, detailed designs, and technical assessments.
Collaborate with engineers and other disciplines to develop integrated, sustainable solutions.
Ensure design deliverables meet time, cost, and quality requirements.
Engage with clients and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
Support and develop team members, sharing technical knowledge and best practice. About You
Degree-qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering.
Member of a relevant professional institution (e.g. ICE, CIWEM) and either chartered or actively working towards chartership.
Experience within the UK water sector preferred.
Strong understanding of civil engineering design principles and standards.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills.
