Location: You will be covering the North East, Yorkshire and Humberside area
Salary: Competitive, DOE + Excellent Benefits!
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Benefits: Death in Service (5x Annual Salary) and Private Healthcare (after 6 months probationary period)

Based in Stockton-on-Tees, we now employ over 300 skilled site operatives and almost 30 office professionals, supporting projects across the North East, Yorkshire and the Humber.
We specialise in civil engineering, groundworks, roads & sewers, and external works, delivering projects with efficiency, reliability, and a personal touch. We are now recruiting for an experienced Civil Engineering Project Manager to join our growing team in the Yorkshire & Humberside region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a driven professional with civil engineering experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to take ownership of key projects!

As our Project Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing civil engineering projects from inception through to completion
* Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
* Coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain smooth project delivery
* Leading teams effectively while ensuring health, safety, and compliance standards are upheld
In order to be successful in this role you must have / be:
* Relevant university degree (preferable but not essential)
* 3+ years’ experience in a similar role with a civil engineering company or major house builder
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Proficient IT skills, particularly with Excel
* Sound commercial acumen, with the ability to manage high volumes of work to tight, client-driven deadlines
