Cambridge - Hybrid Role
£31,000 - £36,000 + 28% Pension + 42 Days Holiday + Hybrid + Progression + Full Training Provided

This Education provider is expanding its Work-Based Learning provision and is now looking to bring on a passionate Trainer/Assessor to support its Civil Engineering apprentices. In this role, you'll coach, assess and guide apprentices who are working toward their Civil Engineering qualifications. You will support learners in developing the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to succeed in the Civil Engineering industry. You will have autonomy in planning your visits and training, supported by a team fully committed to learner success and industry excellence.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on Civil Engineering experience and hold a Level 3 qualification. Previous training or assessing experience is not required as the College will provide you with all the training you need to succeed.

The Role
Full Training Provided
Delivering 1-to-1 coaching, mentoring and assessment to Civil Engineering apprentices
Supporting learners through their Level 3 qualifications
Managing your own diary, caseload and schedule
Hybrid role - based at the College, learner workplaces and home for planning/admin
The Person
Experience in Civil Engineering
Holds a Level 3 qualification in Civil Engineering
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel
Passion for mentoring, supporting and developing learners
