Our client—a well-established, forward-thinking civil engineering consultancy based just outside Glasgow—is seeking a skilled engineer to join their team. As a Civil Infrastructure Engineer, you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of residential and mixed-use developments. You’ll manage technical designs, produce drainage and road layouts, and liaise with local authorities and clients to keep projects moving smoothly.
You will also:
Designing roads, drainage systems, and external works for residential developments
Preparing detailed drawings and technical specifications
Coordinating with clients, architects, and statutory bodies
Using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MicroDrainage
Qualifications/ Experience needed:
HNC/D or degree in Civil Engineering (or related discipline)
Experience in residential infrastructure design (roads and drainage)
Competent user of AutoCAD and related design tools
