Job Description
We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Technician to join our successful Firm of Chartered Consulting Engineers to deal with an increase in workload and assist in the further development and growth of the team.
We are seeking a motivated candidate to work on the design of various infrastructure projects. This role predominantly covers the north of England, centred on Leeds, but will occasionally include sites across the UK.
The post is within the civil engineering design team which is responsible for the design of highway and drainage schemes for commercial, industrial and residential developments. Experience in road (Section 38 & 278) and drainage (Section 104) design is required and a working knowledge of Micro drainage, Civils 3D, PDS and AutoCAD would be an advantage.
The candidate must be eligible to live and work in the UK and will ideally have 2-3 years previous UK based consultancy experience within this field of work.
The suitable candidate will possess:-
1. recognised engineering diploma or certificate – or be working towards one.
1. and understanding of current technical standards.
2. time and management skills.
1. communication skills, both written and verbal.
1. to continued professional development.
1. full UK Driving Licence.
