Key Responsibilities

Handle a broad Civil Litigation caseload with confidence and professionalism.

Work in accordance with the Civil Procedure Rules, managing settlement agreements and involvement in ADR where appropriate.

Collaborate with colleagues while managing cases with limited supervision.

Communicate effectively with clients, counsel, and other stakeholders.

Maintain excellent file management, organisation, and attention to detail.

Use modern IT systems to progress matters efficiently.

Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong IT capability and confidence working with case management tools.
