Job Title: QA Engineer - HS2 Bridge Project

Location: Brackley, North of Oxford (A43)

Salary: Competitive Day Rate (DOE)

Opportunity to work on a new bridge construction project

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced QA Engineer to join a major HS2 bridge project in Brackley. This is a quality assurance-focused position supporting the construction of a new bridge, ensuring all works meet project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements. This role does not involve setting out.

Key Requirements:

Previous experience working as a QA Engineer on civil engineering projects

Strong background in bridge structures

Experience with bridge joints and structural works

Good understanding of QA processes, inspections, and documentation

Ability to work effectively within a site team on a major infrastructure project

Responsibilities:

Carry out quality assurance inspections throughout the project

Ensure all works comply with project specifications and quality standards

Maintain accurate QA records and documentation

Complete inspections, check sheets, and quality reports

Liaise with site engineers, supervisors, and the client to resolve quality issues

Support the successful delivery of the bridge construction works
