Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Civil / Structural Inspector to support energy sector projects across Germany. This is a long-term, full-time resident role requiring on-site presence five days per week. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring structural integrity and compliance with engineering standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct inspections of civil and structural works to ensure compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.
Prepare detailed inspection reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Liaise with project engineers, contractors, and site personnel to resolve issues and ensure quality assurance.
Monitor construction activities and identify potential risks or deviations.
Support audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Requirements:
Proven experience in civil/structural inspection within the energy or infrastructure sectors.
Strong knowledge of European construction standards and regulations.
Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
Must be based in Germany with valid right to work.
Able to pass a background check.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Benefits:
