Job Specification – Civil Foreman (3-Month Contract)
We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman for a 3-month contract to oversee landscaping, drainage, and general external civil works on site.
Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day civils activities including drainage, landscaping, kerbing, paving, and groundwork.
* Manage site labour, subcontractors, plant, and materials.
* Ensure all works are completed safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
* Monitor health & safety compliance and carry out daily briefings.
* Liaise with site management to report progress and resolve site issues.
* Ensure works are carried out in line with drawings and specifications.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Civil / Groundworks Foreman
* Strong background in drainage, landscaping, and external works
* Valid SMSTS or SSSTS and CSCS Card
* Good leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to read drawings and coordinate site activities
