New opportunity based in Ipswich Suffolk! 
 
VGC are delighted to be recruiting for the positions of NG-General Operative on behalf of our client based in Suffolk. 
 
Our client is looking for an experienced National Grid General operative to join them on the project between the dates of 30/03/2026 - 10/04/2026 on a short term contract. 
 
The details of the position are as follows: 
- Short term contract 30/03/2026 - 10/04/2026 
- Monday - Friday, 7:30am - 6:00pm, £18.35per Hour 
- Saturday - Sunday, 7:30am - 6:00pm, £27.53per Hour 
- PAYE 
 
The successful candidate will hold the following Certifications: 
- CSCS Card 
- Manual Handling 
- Emergency First Aid at Work 
- EUSR Utility SHEA Power 
- COSHH Awareness 
- Slinger / Signaller Certification 
- Plant & Vehicle Marshal Certification 
- Fire Safety Awareness 
- NG Persons OHL
