GROUNDWORKS SUPERVISOR
Rate: £28.00 per hour (CIS)
Job Type: Civils / Groundworks
We are currently recruiting an experienced Groundworks Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations on a busy civils project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising groundworks and civils teams on site
* Coordinating daily activities to ensure work is completed safely and to programme
* Promoting and maintaining high health & safety standards
* Liaising with site management and subcontractors
* Monitoring productivity and quality of work
* Conducting site briefings and toolbox talks
* Ensuring works are carried out in accordance with drawings and specifications
* Hands-on approach, willing to support the team when needed
Requirements:
✅ SSSTS (essential)
✅ Gold CSCS Card
✅ Proven supervisory experience within civils/groundworks
✅ Strong understanding of drainage, ducting, excavation, sub-base works, and road construction
Desirable:

⭐ First Aid at Work
⭐ Safe Dig Training
