Clearfield Recruitment are working on behalf of our client to recruit a Civils Manager for a permanent role. This position will be based on a major warehouse development project in Ipswich, Suffolk.
The Role
Acting as Civils Manager (essentially Site Manager / Senior Site Manager level)
Overseeing commercial civils packages on a large-scale warehouse scheme
Managing site teams, ensuring health & safety, programme and quality standards are met
Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders
Delivering projects on time and within budget
The Candidate
Proven background in commercial civils, ideally within warehouse, logistics or industrial projects
Site Manager / Senior Site Manager experience, stepping into a Civils Manager title
Strong leadership and communication skills
Available to start ASAP
Salary & Package
Up to £70,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Choice of £7,000 car allowance or company vehicle (crew cab pick-up, private use included)
