Freelance Site Manager – Civil Engineering Works

A Freelance Site Manager is required for a civil engineering contractor delivering a range of infrastructure and marine-related works in the Immingham area.

The project involves a mixture of drainage, earthworks, reinforced concrete and infrastructure works associated with port-side improvements and industrial facilities. This is a varied role overseeing multiple work fronts and coordinating site operations to ensure safe and efficient delivery.

Scope of Works

  * Drainage installation and associated infrastructure works

  * Earthworks packages

  * Pile mat construction

  * Small-scale car park construction

  * Reinforced concrete and structural civils works

  * Minor bridge and access structure works

  * Coordination of subcontractors, direct labour and plant

  * Management of health & safety, quality and programme

  * Client and stakeholder liaison

Requirements

  * Proven experience as a Site Manager within civil engineering projects

  * Strong background in drainage and earthworks delivery

  * Experience managing RC and infrastructure packages

  * Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors and work activities

  * SMSTS

  * CSCS Card

  * First Aid at Work

  * Temporary Works awareness beneficial

  * Strong communication and organisational skills
