We are currently looking for a hardworking and reliable Cladder’s Mates to join a busy construction site. You’ll be assisting experienced cladders with the installation of cladding systems on commercial and industrial buildings.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a keen interest in construction, who enjoys working outdoors and wants to develop their skills in a growing industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the installation of cladding panels and insulation
*
Load and move materials safely on-site
*
Use hand and power tools under supervision
*
Support the team in keeping a tidy and safe work environment
*
Follow all health and safety protocols
*
Take direction from the lead cladder or site supervisor
Requirements:
*
Previous site or construction experience preferred
*
Comfortable working at heights (training can be provided)
*
CSCS card
*
Physically fit and able to lift and carry materials
*
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
*
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
*
