Job Summary
We are seeking skilled Cladders with experience in MEWP (Mobile Elevating Work Platform) work, holding a valid IPAF certification. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of cladding systems, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires a strong background in construction and the ability to work at heights.
Responsibilities
* Install and maintain cladding systems on various structures, following schematics and project specifications.
* Operate MEWPs safely and efficiently to access elevated work areas.
* Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks as required during installation processes.
* Utilise hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to complete tasks effectively.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
* Conduct regular inspections of work areas and equipment to maintain safety protocols.
* Assist with roofing, masonry, plumbing, carpentry, and welding tasks as needed.
Experience
* Proven experience in cladding installation or similar construction roles is essential.
* Familiarity with schematics and technical drawings is required.
* Experience using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication techniques is necessary.
* Knowledge of roofing systems, masonry work, plumbing installations, and carpentry skills will be advantageous.
