We are working with a leading name in the Marine Insurance sector to recruit an experienced Marine Claims Handler. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing specialist claims team handling complex and varied marine losses across a range of products.
You’ll manage a portfolio of marine claims on behalf of a number of insurers, covering areas such as:
* Ports & Terminals
* Hull
* Cargo
* Marine Liability
Working as part of a highly regarded team of seven, you’ll handle around 200–250 cases, delivering efficient claims handling, technical expertise, and first-class service to clients and stakeholders.
About You
* At least two years’ experience in a marine environment
* Technical knowledge of marine insurance
* The ability to take on a range of marine claims
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach and strong communication skills
* Open to learning from experienced team members and forging a career in the marine claims environment.
Working Arrangements
Hybrid working is offered — typically three days in the office and two from home. Offices are based in Ipswich and London.
