Job Description
We are currently looking for a motivated Class 1 Drivers to join our client in Swinton (Manchester) area on temp to perm basis.
Store deliveries, palletised goods, manual pump truck and tail lift at some stores.
Temp to Perm position
Monday to Friday
13.00 start time
50 hours a week contract, 6-10 drops a day
£38,720 annual salary (this is a basic salary, there are more insentives like, weekly/yearly bonus, peak bonus, reward scheme etc)
Key Responsibilities:
* Safely operate Class 1 vehicles.
* Conduct depot deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and efficient service.
* Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport.
* Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members.
* Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.
Pay rates PAYE:
* £15.5/h
Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license, CPC, Tacho card.
* Minimum 6 months driving experience
* A clean driving record with no major endorsements.
