HGV Class 1 Driver Steel work – Temp to Perm
Location: Scunthorpe
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shifts
Contract: 12-week temp to perm

Our client, a leading steel manufacturer, is seeking experienced Class 1 HGV drivers to join their transport team. This is a guaranteed, long-term opportunity with the chance to move into a permanent role after the initial temporary period.

Key Duties

  * Transport steel products safely and efficiently to customer sites

  * Carry out daily vehicle checks and maintain accurate paperwork

  * Ensure compliance with all road transport legislation and company procedures

  * Some night outs may be required

Requirements

  * Minimum 1year Class 1 (C+E) driving experience

  * Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph card

  * Strong safety awareness and attention to detail

  * Reliable and punctual, with good communication skills
