Job Description

Class 1 Driver - Lincoln

Gi Group is recruiting dependable Class 1 Drivers to support a respected well known international parcel courier in Witham St Hughs. If you're safety-focused, efficient across varied routes, and deliver great customer service, we'd like to hear from you.

Key details

Location: Witham St Hughs
Shifts: Various available - days and nights
Pay rate: £19.89 - £20.45 per hour (dependant on shift) 

What you'll need

Valid Category C+E (Class 1) licence
Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph (DIGI) card
Minimum 6 months' Class 1 driving experience
Clean driving record (max 6 penalty points, subject to endorsement codes) 

Your role

Deliver palletised goods to multiple customer sites
4-5 drops when working days
Trunking only when working nights
Work in line with health & safety and transport compliance standards
Provide a professional, customer-first service at every drop 

What we're looking for

Reliable and able to work independently to deadlines
Confident driving Class 1 vehicles across different routes and sites
Basic IT skills and a strong, polite customer manner
