HGV Class 1 Driver (C+E)
Location: Meridian Business Park, Leicester
Competitive Hourly Rates – Up to £21.23 per hour
Full-Time | Temporary to Permanent | Casual & Ad Hoc Shifts Available

We're currently recruiting 10 experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join a well-established national distribution operation based at Meridian Business Park, Leicester.Whether you're looking for regular ongoing work, temporary-to-permanent opportunities or flexible casual shifts, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing
Delivering products to retail stores across the UK.
Typically completing 1–3 deliveries per shift.
Carrying out vehicle checks and ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and efficiently.
Providing excellent customer service while representing a leading logistics operation.Shift Pattern
Monday to Friday
Start times between 01:00 – 05:00
Finish times typically between 13:00 – 18:00, depending on your routePay Rates
22:00 – 06:00: £21.23 per hour
06:00 – 16:00: £17.69 per hour
16:00 – 22:00: £19.46 per hourTraining & InductionAll successful candidates will complete a comprehensive paid onboarding programme, including:
Onsite driving assessment
3 days classroom and practical training
2 days buddying with an experienced driverThis ensures you are fully prepared and confident before working independently.

Requirements
Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) Licence
Valid Driver CPC
Digital Tachograph Card
A professional and reliable attitude
Good understanding of driver hours and road transport legislationWhat We Offer
