Class 1 Drivers Wanted – Worksop | £17–£22/hr | Ongoing Work + Weekly Pay 🚛
Looking for consistent, well-paid Class 1 work?
M4 Specialist is now recruiting HGV Class 1 Drivers for a busy, well-established distribution centre opening in Worksop soon. This is a long-term, ongoing role with regular shifts and great pay rates – perfect for drivers who want structure, support, and the opportunity to be part of a professional team.
🔹 The Role:
As a Class 1 Driver, you’ll be working as part of a 2-person team delivering cages and totes to retail stores across the UK. A driver’s mate will assist with all deliveries, and there's no multi-drop pressure. You may also get occasional trunking work depending on operational needs.
⏰ Shift Patterns:

Monday to Friday (Nights):
Start times from 6pm
*
Tuesday to Saturday (Days):
Start times from 4am
*
Average Shift Duration: 10 hours
*
Ongoing work available
🗓️ Assessments held Mondays/Tuesdays with paid induction the next day
🚦 Be ready to start immediately or by the following Monday
💷 Pay Rates (PAYE Only):

Days: £17.00/hr
*
Nights: £20.00/hr
*
Saturday: £21.00/hr
*
Sunday/Bank Holiday: £22.00/hr
*
Overtime: £22.00/hr
💰 Weekly pay guaranteed
✅ What You Need:

Aged 25 or over
*
Valid UK Class 1 licence
*
Current CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
*
No more than 6 penalty points (SP offences only)
*
No previous disqualifications
*
Professional attitude, solid driving skills, and good communication
📋 Driving assessment & induction required before start (induction paid once assignment begins)
📍 Location: Worksop (S80 3EG)
