Job Description
We’re currently recruiting for a reliable Class 1 HGV Driver to join a well-established general haulage operation based just outside Carlisle. This is a great opportunity for drivers looking for steady weekday work with early starts and no weekend commitments.
Location: Carlisle
Start Time: 06:00 AM
Rate: £15.00 per hour
Shifts: Monday to Friday
What you’ll be doing:
* General haulage deliveries and collections
Pre-loaded trailers, minimal manual handling
Ensuring timely and safe delivery of goods
Representing the company in a professional manner
Requirements:
* Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
CPC and Digi Tacho card
Minimum 6 months Class 1 experience preferred
Good understanding of driver hours and regulations
